Hurry UP! ... Now ... Wait!

Wait-ing
The act of remaining inactive or stationary.

We’re becoming masters of the waiting game, and maybe more accurately the “Hurry up … then wait” game.
Mom had her MRI as scheduled last Thursday and we are still waiting on the results. She goes in for her next appointment tomorrow, so hoping to hear more of what’s to come from Dr.McHale.
We were so anxious for the last appointment that leads to more testing, and now we sit anxious for this appointment.

Things are on the up and up though, Mom is feeling a lot better and it sounds like she’s got some of her energy back to keep up with the busy holidays. She does still not love wearing her wig and finds it static and itchy, and some days it just plain drives her crazy, but she’s starting to get some hair back and is crossing fingers that it starts to grow more quickly, that’s yet another thing we’re waiting for!

I’ll post more tomorrow after her appointment.
